★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza più che positiva. Le nostre idee erano già chiare in partenza per questo abbiamo fatto una scrupolosa ricerca per trovare ciò che ci interessava. Appena uscito l'annuncio abbiamo chiamato per un appuntamento e fin da subito si sono dimostrati onesti e trasparenti. Nonostante sia un realtà a conduzione famigliare non hanno nulla da invidiare alle concessionarie più grandi, anzi quest'ultime avrebbero di cui imparare!! Abbiamo trovato persone serie e competenti e sempre disponibili. Abbiamo fatto qualche km in più ma ne è valsa la pena. Sicuramente in caso di necessità rimarrà un punto di riferimento. Super consigliato!
More than positive experience. Our ideas were already clear from the start so we did a scrupulous research to find what we were interested in. As soon as the announcement came out, we called for an appointment and immediately they proved honest and transparent. Despite being a family-run business, they have nothing to envy to the larger dealerships, indeed the latter would have to learn about !! We have found serious and competent people who are always available. We did a few more kilometers but it was worth it. Surely in case of need it will remain a point of reference. Super recommended!

Dopo aver letto un annuncio su Autoscout24 di una Mercedes Classe A in vendita contatto la General Car e mi dicono che l'auto è disponibile. Mi presento in concessionaria e scopro però che l'auto è grandinata e un tecnico/carrozzaio la stava riparando. Mi invitano a tornare verso il fine settimana quando l'auto sarà pronta. Mi ripresento il venerdì sera alle 18: l'auto è stata ripristinata nella carrozzeria, ma purtroppo non riesco a fare un giro di prova in quanto due supporti del motore sono rotti, manca lo specchietto laterale lato guida e l'auto deve essere portata in officina per la sostituzione. Ok, intanto chiedo copia del libretto per il preventivo della mia assicurazione. Attendo il lunedì sera e mi ripresento per fare il test drive ed eventualmente firmare il contratto. Con mio stupore mi dicono che l'auto era già stata venduta! Sebbene avessi lasciato il mio numero di telefono e anche l'email per essere avvisato non appena l'auto fosse pronta, mi hanno liquidato dicendo che c'era stato un disguido, che tra di loro non si erano capiti e quindi... tanti saluti. Dopo avermi fatto girare per una settimana, rimandato di giorno in giorno per provare l'auto, mi hanno liquidato con un "mi dispiace, ma l'auto è venduta"! C'è poca serietà, molta confusione... se non sapete neanche voi quali auto sono disponibili o già vendute.... cercate di non far perdere tempo alle persone e non farle girare avanti e indietro, perché sembra una presa in giro! Sconsiglio vivamente!
Little seriousness, a lot of confusion.
After reading an advertisement on Autoscout24 of a Mercedes A-Class for sale, I contact General Car and they tell me that the car is available. I go to the dealership and discover however that the car is hailed and a technician / body shop was repairing it. They invite me to come back towards the weekend when the car is ready. I come back on Friday evening at 6pm: the car has been restored in the bodywork, but unfortunately I am unable to take a test drive as two of the engine mounts are broken, the driver's side mirror is missing and the car has to be brought in. workshop for replacement. Ok, in the meantime, I ask for a copy of the booklet for my insurance quote. I wait for Monday evening and I come back to do the test drive and eventually sign the contract. To my amazement they tell me that the car had already been sold! Although I had left my phone number and also my email to be notified as soon as the car was ready, they liquidated me saying that there had been a misunderstanding, that they had not understood each other and therefore ... many cheers. After running me around for a week, postponed from day to day to test the car, they dismissed me with a "sorry, but the car is sold"! There is little seriousness, a lot of confusion ... if you don't even know which cars are available or already sold .... try not to waste people's time and not make them turn back and forth, because it seems like a joke! I strongly advise against!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza di acquisto "alla vecchia maniera", il sig. Donato ti fa capire subito che sono persone serie ed affidabili.
Personalmente ho acquistato un veicolo commerciale Jumpy usato.
Le 4 stelle sono per la precisione nella consegna e per come mi sono stati disponibili, la stella mancata solo perché mi era stato detto che veniva consegnato pulito e purtroppo all interno è stato esiguto in maniera grossolana, tralasciando molto sporco.
Spero che la recensione possa servire come stimolo per migliorarsi ancora in modo da evitare questo errore in futuro.
Shopping experience "the old way", Mr. Donato makes you understand immediately that they are serious and reliable people.
I personally bought a used Jumpy commercial vehicle.
The 4 stars are for the accuracy in the delivery and for how they were available to me, the missing star only because I was told that it was delivered clean and unfortunately inside it was roughly demanded, leaving out a lot of dirt.
I hope that the review can serve as a stimulus to further improve in order to avoid this mistake in the future.

Ho comprato un furgone usato con la formula “visto e preso” e il signor Donato mi aveva assicurato che il veicolo era sempre stato manutenuto egregiamente da un suo conoscente. Dopo 100 km si è rotta la cinghia dei servizi (il minimo da controllare se si vende un furgone datato) e sono rimasto a piedi, ed arrivato dal meccanico scopro con mia sorpresa che il motore era già grippato e si era quindi bruciato surriscaldandosi.
Finale della storia, altri 5000 euro oltre ai 6000 già pagati a Donato.
Esperienza terribile
Bad Experience - BEWARE
I bought a used van with the “seen and taken” formula and Mr. Donato assured me that the vehicle had always been very well maintained by an acquaintance of his. After 100 km the service belt broke (the minimum to check if you are selling a dated van) and I was left on foot, and when I arrived at the mechanic, I discovered to my surprise that the engine had already seized and had therefore burnt due to overheating.
End of the story, another 5,000 euros in addition to the 6,000 already paid to Donato.
