Cortese e disponibile sia reparto accettazione e pagamento ticket. Idem reparti rx e eco con medici disponibili e rapidi nel emettere esito. Ritornerò sicuramente...spero però non presto For now, I can speak well of the GEMINI RX center in Travagliato Booked on the phone without long waits and found a short time spot. Both the acceptance and ticket payment department are courteous and helpful. Ditto x-ray and echo departments with doctors available and quick to issue a result. I will definitely be back ... but hopefully not soon

Fantastici!! Magari funzionassero anche le altre strutture sanitarie e di assistenza in questa maniera!!

Ho prenotato una risonanza con studio della dinamica liquorale con ricetta elettronica, quindi la segretaria leggeva perfettamente la risonanza di cui avevo bisogno. Mi fissano l'appuntamento, mi presento, mi fanno la risonanza e poi mi dicono che loro non fanno il tipo di risonanza da me richiesto. Quindi mi sn fatta il viaggio da bergamo (in condizioni di salute precari), mi hanno fatto una risonanza per nulla e me ne sn tornata a casa con tanta rabbia e tempo perso. Siete pessimi. Abbiamo fatto 60 km per essere trattati così? Mai più Gemini. Oltre alla inefficienza c'è pure una inadeguatezza nella gentilezza e cordialità degli adepti. Questa è la chiara figura dell'esempio all'italiana. Congratulazioni. Mi metto in coda alla cassa e mi fanno passare avanti 5 persone che erano in ritardo. Avevo appuntamento alle 13.30, la dottoressa che deve fare l'esame arriva alle 13.42 e c'era già una persona prima di me, aspetto e finalmente alle 14.10 tocca a me. L'ecografia è stata veloce, la dottoressa mi ha detto che non serviva a diagnosticare quasi nulla e ha tentato di convincermi a fare un esame diagnostico diverso, insomma non mi sono trovata bene per niente purtroppo. Professionali, personale preparato veloce e molto gentile. Fatta risonanza e dopo circa 15 minuti mi consegnavano il dischetto. L'esame l'ho fatto di lunedì pomeriggio e via email mi hanno inviato il responso la sera stessa. Meritano tutte le stelle! Buona anche l'organizzazione per distanziamento Covid, buona gestione del paziente per informazione, smistamento, attesa esame/i e ritiro esame/i. Più che ottimo i tempi di attesa attraverso il sistema sanitario per gli esami. Nel mio caso solo 8 giorni di attesa dalla data di prenotazione. Fantastici!
