Non ci dilunghiamo nel descrivere cosa comporti avere un familiare ammalato e molto lontano. In Villa Bianca abbiamo trovato noi tutti un’ atmosfera familiare e, cosa più importante, crediamo sia stato così anche per nostra madre. Mai abbiamo avuto l’ impressione di dialogare con persone che svolgono solamente un lavoro, bensì con persone sempre attente e volte a capire quali fossero le esigenze di nostra madre in ogni aspetto della sua vita quotidiana. Abbiamo avuto con voi tutti un dialogo costante dai toni familiari e comprensivi. Resta difficile esprimere con le parole la riconoscenza e la gratitudine che nutriamo nei vostri confronti per aver reso questa difficile situazione meno complicata e dolorosa. Avete rivolto a nostra madre cure professionali e modi amorevoli. Ci avete sempre accompagnato e aiutato nella comunicazione che, a causa della malattia, era spesso difficile. E quando le condizioni lo permettevano, siete stati partecipi e artefici di momenti di leggerezza e anche di qualche risata. Infinitamente grazie! Essere a conoscenza di questo mi fa bene anche perché so che mia mamma viene trattata bene e spero che quanto sopra continui così My mother has been hospitalized in this facility for about 3 months, I have often spoken with the Operators and I have always found kindness and love for their work which I believe is not very simple. Being aware of this is also good for me because I know my mom is being treated well and I hope the above continues like this
