★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soldi buttati...non so se si sono dedicati al mio elettrodomestico, ma la prassi di chiedere 5€ a prescindere non la trovo una cosa gradevole. Comunque molto gentili anche se non hanno risolto il problema.
Money down the drain ... I don't know if they dedicated themselves to my appliance, but I don't find the practice of asking for 5 € a pleasant thing. Still very nice even if they didn't solve the problem.

Portato il mio folletto per aver aspirato un nastro da regalo mi hanno detto di usarlo comunque perché non era detto che aprendo l'aspirapolvere il problema potesse essere risolto. Infatti una volta a casa ha funzionato tranquillamente. Avrebbero potuto trattenerlo e dirmi di averlo aperto e che non si poteva fare nulla, invece sono stati molto onesti. Grazie, tornerò sicuramente.
5 stars for honesty. Brought my goblin for having vacuumed a gift ribbon they told me to use it anyway because it was not said that opening the vacuum cleaner the problem could be solved. In fact, once at home it worked quietly. They could have held it back and told me they opened it and there was nothing they could do, but they were very honest. Thanks, I'll definitely be back.
