Nel senso che è vero gelato nell’accezione comune del termine. Può competere con gelaterie storiche a Roma, facendo felici dai vegani agli onnivori. GELATERIA Scelta di gusti INFINITA, gusti veri che rispettano il sapore degli ingredienti, giusta quantità di zucchero: non ti lascia con la sete tipica di posti dove lo zucchero copre e pialla ogni sapore e, al gran finale, veramente cremoso! PASTICCERIA Non mangiavo un cannolo alla crema come il loro dall’infanzia: non è una frase nostalgica ma, da quando ho eliminato i derivati animali, i Giulivi sono gli unici ad avermi fatto ritrovare il vero sapore del cannolo alla crema. Ogni “pastarella” è molto buona, dai pasticciotti, alle crostatine. Tenute in frigo per una notte, al pranzo successivo hanno mantenuto ancora tutta la fragranza. La frolla è buonissima. Each "pastarella" is very good, from pasticciotti to tarts. Kept in the fridge for one night, they still retained all the fragrance at the following lunch. The pastry is very good. S	S S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incuriosito da questa gelateria di cui ho sentito parlare molto bene per la qualità del gelato, domenica pomeriggio decido di andare a provarlo con la mia compagna. Parcheggio davanti la gelateria, notando i dipendenti seduti fuori e mentre mi avvicino all'entrata, una famiglia con annesso passeggino entra prima di noi. La dipendente della gelateria sbruffa alzandosi dalla sedia con aria di sufficienza ed esclama, riferendosi alla famiglia che é ormai entrata all'interno della gelateria, "Ma non vo fate Er riposino dopo pranzo" (testuali parole). Inutile dire che ho cambiato all'istante direzione e sono andato ad un altra gelateria. Mi dispiace dare una recensione del genere anche perché penso che il gelato, nonostante non lo abbia mai provato -e a questo punto penso che mai lo proverò- meriti davvero, ma purtroppo a volte il prodotto solo non basta, ma vedere un personale sorridente e gentile può essere un validissimo biglietto da visita. Needless to say, I instantly changed direction and went to another ice cream shop. I am sorry to give such a review also because I think that ice cream, despite never having tried it - at this point I think I will never try it - really deserves it, but unfortunately sometimes the product alone is not enough, but to see a smiling and kind staff it can be a very valid business card.

Ho assaggiato nocciola viterbese,cioccolato e amarena,pistacchio e banana. Non vedo l'ora di poter tornare. Complimenti ragazzi! One word: WOW! A super delicious (amazing!) VEGAN ice cream! There is creativity, taste, dedication and it is felt in every bite. I tasted Viterbo hazelnut, chocolate and black cherry, pistachio and banana. Can't wait to be back. Congratulations guys!
G	Giulio Morico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi avevano consigliato questa gelateria perché fa gelati veg senza latte, avevo capito che avesse una buona varietà di gusti senza latte e invece a gran sorpresa scopro che sono tutti!! Ho provato il pistacchio salato, meraviglioso! Anche la banana speziata cacao e cannella è assolutamente da provare! Ci torneremo presto! PS i coni sono di mais, buonissimi e incredibilmente croccanti. I was recommended this ice cream because it makes veg ice cream without milk, I realized that it had a good variety of tastes without milk and instead to great surprise I find that they are all !! I tried the salted pistachio, wonderful! Even the spicy cocoa and cinnamon banana is a must try! We will be back soon! PS the cones are corn, delicious and incredibly crunchy.

Non è vastissima la scelta dei gusti ma alcuni denotano ricerca di creatività (io ad esempio ho voluto provare il gusto Sicilia, a base di mandorla e variegato poi con pistacchio e mandarino). Curerei di più la presentazione del prodotto e valorizzerei maggiormente il locale. Certainly the raw material is of quality. The taste is good but not exalting the taste buds. The choice of flavors is not huge but some denote a search for creativity (for example, I wanted to try the Sicilian taste, based on almond and then variegated with pistachio and mandarin). I would take care of the presentation of the product more and would enhance the place more.
