Le persone al banco oggi non sanno fare i coni ed i gusti di gelato rimangono in bilico rischiando di cadere immediatamente. Mi è sembrato anche di percepire un certo fastidio nel dover gestire la fila di gente. Si deve fare prima lo scontrino ma lo capisci solo dopo aver fatto la fila al bancone quando ti chiedono di far vedere loro lo scontrino. Il gelato, di gusto sufficiente, si scioglie subito, colando sul rivestimento di carta che avvolge la cialda a tal punto che poi è difficile toglierla per mangiarla oltre al disagio di dover pulire le mani appiccicose. Stessa cosa alla signora di fronte a noi seduta ai tavolini esterni e ad un' altra cui il gelato è caduto per terra, mentre un altro dalla disperazione lo ha gettato al secchio. Beh se così fosse perché non chiudete direttamente a quell’orario o lo aggiornate ? in questa settimana sono state 2 le volte che avete detto che per una ragione o un’altra non si può usufruire di un caffè. E io parlo personalmente in base alla mia esperienza e tra l’altro non in un arco di tempo breve ,ma vedendo le recensioni ,noto che non sono affatto la prima a lamentarsi di ciò e di altri fattori. Quindi non lo trovo per niente rispettoso, perché la cosa si ripresenta ogni volta Bad.
