★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady serving us was very very rude (talking underneath her breath, sighs with glares. This ruined our mood for the rest of the day.
Further, pistachio ice cream was not good and did not have a good flavor. It tasted more like mint chocolate.
Don't ask to taste more than one, as the people beside us were on the receiving end of more rude service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady serving was extremely disrespectful. She responded in a bad manner. I ask her for the name of the place and she was like ‘go read outside’. The gelato isn’t that good. Worst experience in Burano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best gelato in Italy. A big claim but I would travel back here just for the gelato 'Francesca A.'s special'. Service could improve but the gelato was so good it could easily be overlooked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyers beware! I was about to pay for a bag of lemon candies and they offered a slightly bigger bag for similar price. Turns out those were old and non edible as plastic wrap melted into the candies from sitting out on the sun too long.
