★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great spot to grab some gelato. The service was good. We sat down on a bench and started enjoying, but then we got up and walked along the lake which was beautiful. The Piazza is a great spot to people watch if you don't feel like walking by the water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed. The flavors all taste the same, a vague vanilla, and the portions were on the smaller side. I got Malaga & Amarena, others in our group got mint, strawberry & anise - and other than the underlying vanilla, the flavors were rather artificial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady seemed annoyed when asked what a frappé was, and what the vegan flavours were. English was bad, but that’s okay. The ice cream didn’t taste all too well and the milkshake was as thin as milk, not nearly enough ice cream put in. A pity considering the price you pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gelato place in piazza garibaldi in Menaggio. Great flavors, great prices with seating right in the square. Quintessential Italian experience. I particularly love the “extra dark” chocolate!! We go here all the time!
