★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Agentur liegt etwas unscheinbar im der Fußgängerzone von Menaggio. Wir haben mit Herrn Giorgio mehrmals verschiedene Objekte angeschaut. Es hatte immer alles vorzüglich geklappt. Die Emails wurden prompt und auch ausserhalb der Bürozeiten schnell und informativ beantwortet. Auch unseren Treffen wurden pünktlich eingehalten. Die Agentur hat uns ein seriöser Eindruck gemacht. Wenn wieder neue Objekte auf dem Markt sind kommen wir gerne auf ihn zurück.
 The agency is somewhat inconspicuous in the pedestrian zone of Menaggio. We looked at various objects with Mr. Giorgio several times. Everything had always worked out perfectly. The emails were answered promptly and quickly and informatively even outside of office hours. Our meetings were also kept on time. The agency made a serious impression on us. If there are new objects on the market again, we will be happy to come back to him.

Von den ersten Besichtigungsterminen bis zur notariellen Veraktung war die Betreuung mehr als kompetent und ging weit über die Leistung eines "normalen" Immobilienmaklers hinaus ! Gerade für uns als der italienischen Sprache nicht kundigen Käufer, war die liebevolle und professionelle Art der beiden Ansprechpartner Elisa und Georgio von immenser Hilfe, egal wann standen die beiden stets hilfsbereit zur Stelle und wussten immer eine Antwort und Lösung auf all unsere Fragen und Bitten. Auch dank Elisas perfektem Englisch war rückblickend der Erwerb einer Immobilie in Italien viel einfacher, als wir es uns vorgestellt hatten ! Aus tiefster Überzeugung können wir sagen, daß wir diese "Ehe" sofort wieder eingehen würden und falls dies bei Google möglich wäre, würden wir 6 Sterne vergeben wollen !!!
We were very lucky to have made our property purchase with this agency! From the first viewing appointments to the notarial transaction, the support was more than competent and went far beyond the services of a "normal" real estate agent! Especially for us as buyers who are not familiar with the Italian language, the loving and professional nature of the two contact persons Elisa and Georgio was of immense help, no matter when they were always ready to help and always knew an answer and solution to all our questions and requests. Thanks to Elisha's perfect English, in retrospect, buying a property in Italy was much easier than we had imagined! From the deepest conviction we can say that we would enter into this "marriage" again immediately and if this were possible on Google, we would want to give 6 stars!

The most efficient agency ever met! Always available, they followed us well before, after and during the purchase, promptly resolving any difficulties. Competent, trained and professional, Mr. Giorgio and his collaborator Elisa provide an excellent all-round service. Commissions absolutely correct.
