Due to the pandemic travel restrictions we have been unable to visit and therefore the whole process has been done remotely. From the initial video tour of the property Sara and her team have done an amazing job of keeping us involved and informed with video calls. We have felt very secure during the entire process due to Sara's expertise and can do attitude. Making such a major purchase in a foreign country on the internet could have been a very daunting project but Sara and her team at Lakeside made sure that everything ran smoothly. Even after the sale completed they continue to assist us with getting utilities connected, finding tradesmen, security etc. I have really enjoyed working with them.
