Non esistono treni, ne passa se si è fortunati 3 in 24 ore, il 90% dei gelesi non ha mai preso un treno, non sanno come siano fatti, ormai si usa questo posto solo per prendere autobus, un vero peccato. Forse avrei dato 2 stelle, ma ci sono delle recensioni false da 5 per pubblicizzare la propria attività che rovinano la media, una volta ho preso “la litturina” un treno mono vagone per Licata, si è rotto nel nulla e ci hanno messo 30 minuti per farlo partire, ci abbiamo messo più di 1 ora per fare un treno un viaggio che si fa in 20 minuti in macchina......lasciate ogni speranza o voi che entrate. Diversi B&B sono presenti nella città e danno L opportunità di visitarla e godersi la sua costa marinara . Durante la nostra breve sosta a Gela abbiamo apprezzato molto la cucina tra cui quella del bistrot Disíu lungo il corso Vittorio Emanuele con le sue specialità di carne . Gela è anche ricca di storia con le sue mura Timoleontee ed il museo cittadino, inoltre in villa Garibaldi si può godere e visitare L anfiteatro greco Il lungomare gelese è caratterizzato da una spiaggia che conserva in maniera eccelsa il suo fascino selvaggio e sotto il tipico Torrione si può ammirare un tratto di costa incontaminato dall urbanizzazione. A pochi chilometri da Caltagirone e Siracusa ,Gela si posiziona nel mezzo come ottimo punto intermedio dal quale potete programmare i vostri itinerari turistici Unlike the other coastal cities of Sicily, Gela is experienced by everyday life, the atmosphere you breathe is familiar and hospitality. Several B & Bs are present in the city and give the opportunity to visit it and enjoy its sea coast. During our short stop in Gela we enjoyed the cuisine including that of the Disíu bistro along Corso Vittorio Emanuele with its meat specialties. Gela is also rich in history with its Timoleontee walls and the city museum, also in Villa Garibaldi you can enjoy and visit the Greek amphitheater The Gelese promenade is characterized by a beach that preserves its wild charm in an excellent way and under the typical Torrione you can admire a stretch of coast uncontaminated by urbanization. A few kilometers from Caltagirone and Syracuse, Gela is positioned in the middle as an excellent intermediate point from which you can plan your tourist itineraries

Una vergogna mi hanno fatto acquistatare il biglietto Gela Niscemi dicendomi che passava regolarmente invece non è passato nessun autobus e neanche mi hanno rimborsato i soldi. Personale disinformato e ignorante. Amo la mia Sicilia ma per colpa vostra la odio. Dove lo stato? Replacement Trenitalia bus at 17h33 for from Gela to Niscemi Caltagirone Vizzini non-existent. Davvero sconvolgente per una città di 80 mila abitanti. A shocking degradation. People playing cards inside the station and smokes. Cigarette butts everywhere, dirt everywhere. Grass half a meter on the tracks. Really shocking for a city of 80 thousand inhabitants.

Ottimo posto x la prima colazione .pulito ordinato e ben distribuito con suddivisioni a settori come super enalotto Lottomatica pagamenti bollettini etc così pure le slotmacin. Molto generoso ed elegante il Cav. Luigi il gestore con 40 anni di esperienza nel settore ristorazione etc .Congratulazioni. M	Marco Cascino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La stazione è grande considerando che Gela ha 70 mila abitanti, la ferrovia che passa dentro la città potrebbe dare un servizio in più con fermate nei due caselli già presenti, uno in Via Ambrica/Via Sicani e l'altro casello più centrale in Via Butera.
