★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stazione ferroviaria anch' essa in abbandono. Punto nevralgico del passato. Dietro il caseggiato vi era la partenza a scartamento ridotto della linea per Siracusa passando per Pantalica e l'altro braccio ferroviario per Ragusa.
Railway station also abandoned. Nerve center of the past. Behind the building there was the narrow gauge departure of the line for Syracuse passing through Pantalica and the other railway arm for Ragusa.

Railway station located on the Catania - Caltagirone - Gela line, once a branch for Syracuse, has gradually lost importance over the years. The station as well as the entire line (single track and not electrified) are obsolete and not up to the role that the railway carrier should play in a modern territory such as Sicily is not
