Ho acquistato dei mobili con consegna veloce entro cinque giorni.
Hanno tenuto la merce in magazzino ferma per tre giorni, e solo nel quinto giorno disponibile si sono improvvisamente svegliati per contattarci e dirci che la merce causa sciopero (solo quel venerdì) sarebbero stati consegnati solo il mercoledì successivo, e con molta arroganza non ci hanno dato nemmeno la possibilità di fissare un orario, quindi il mio compagno ha dovuto prendere mezza giornata lavorativa.
Ho chiesto per email il totale rimborso della spedizione a causa del loro disservizio e non si sono nemmeno degnati di rispondere.

They kept the goods in the warehouse for three days, and only on the fifth day available they suddenly woke up to contact us and tell us that the goods due to strike (only that Friday) would be delivered only the following Wednesday, and with much arrogance they did not not even given the opportunity to set a time, so my partner had to take half a working day.
I asked by email for the full refund of the shipment due to their disservice and they did not even deign to respond.

β β β β β Non bestemmio perchΓ¨ sono gentile. Mai esperienza peggiore. Son passati 11 giorni dalla spedizione, 6 dalla data di previsto arrivo. Non si riesce a contattare nessuno e non si si che abbia il materiale, per andare incontro a ritirarlo e farla finita.
I don't swear because I'm kind. Worst experience ever. 11 days have passed since the shipment, 6 from the date of expected arrival. You can not contact anyone and you do not have the material, to go and collect it and get it over with.
