Administration and bad staff, never pay a service before otherwise they find an excuse and do not complete the transport as it happened to me personally

Durante il trasporto hanno rotto la gabbia, oltre ad aver piegato la lamiera ( probabilmente con il carrello elevatore), tanto da dover scaricare a mano il collo. Nessun rimborso perché il destinatario ( un dipendente) non ha avuto la prontezza di farlo scrivere nel ddt. Rapporto costo del servizio/qualità non soddisfacente
The panel was located inside a wooden cage. During transport they broke the cage, as well as bending the sheet metal (probably with the forklift), so much so that they had to unload the package by hand. No refunds because the recipient (an employee) did not have the readiness to have it written in the delivery note. Cost of service / quality ratio not satisfactory
