cordialitΓ  cos’è.. non parlo dell’ officina. chiesto appuntamento per un guasto di una parte elettrica passata in garanzia, mi segnano dopo 10 gg un appuntamento, prendo ferie porto l’auto alle 9 mi dicono x le 12 sarΓ  pronta , mi chiamano alle 10 per dirmi di andare a ritirare l’auto, vado e scopro che ho perso una mattinata per sentirmi dire si Γ¨ il pezzo rotto ( come si sapeva) dobbiamo ordinarlo! ma come? bastava farmi passare un momento per verificare il guasto ( ovvio) comunque sono passato 30 giorni e ancora non di sa nulla. allibito .
friendliness what it is .. I'm not talking about the workshop. asked for an appointment for a breakdown of an electrical part that has passed under warranty, they mark me an appointment after 10 days, I take vacation I bring the car at 9 they tell me x 12 will be ready, they call me at 10 to tell me to go and collect the car , I go and find that I have lost a morning to be told it is the broken piece (as you knew) we have to order it! but how? it was enough to let me pass a moment to verify the failure (obvious) however 30 days have passed and still do not know anything. shocked .

Ho portato la mia kia a fare il 1Β° tagliando ed come sempre ho trovato un personale gentile, disponibile e molto attento alle mie esigenze.....purtroppo l'unica pecca Γ¨ il tempo di attesa per prenotare poi per tt il resto il Special One...!!!
I took my kia to do the 1st service and as always I found a kind, helpful and very attentive staff to my needs ..... unfortunately the only flaw is the waiting time to book then for tt the rest of the Special One ... !!!
