Pratiche burocratiche e consegna del mezzo in tempi velocissimi. Vasta scelta di accessori per la moto e abbigliamento (ottimo sito dello shop). Sono davvero soddisfatto del servizio ricevuto, staff qualificato e disponibile! Consigliatissimo! I purchased my first motorbike (before I always took scooters from them) and they helped me in choosing the best one for me. Bureaucratic procedures and delivery of the vehicle in a very short time. Wide choice of motorcycle accessories and clothing (excellent shop site). I am really satisfied with the service received, qualified and helpful staff! Highly recommended!

Avevo bisogno di un accessorio originale per la mia honda NC 750 X e qui l'ho trovato ad un prezzo super. Ho fatto alcune domande tramite Whatsapp, mi hanno risposto in pochi minuti. Purtroppo non si puo' dire lo stesso per quanto riguarda il reparto usato: scazzo generalizzato, poca attenzione al cliente e sensazione di fastidio alle domande poste con risposte monosillabe o con tono di sufficienza che rasenta la maleducazione. Sto cercando un usato ma mi son rivolto altrove. Il fatto è realmente accaduto. Non tema, non avrei perso tempo a scrivere cose non vere visto che ribadisco, nel reparto vendita nuovo, come ho già scritto , ho trovato disponibilità in un paio di occasioni pur non avendo mai acquistato. Avessi asserito il falso non avrei fatto distinzioni. Cordialmente. Buongiorno, nessun problema di logistica. Conosco molto bene il luogo dove siete. Semplicemente, come ho già scritto, cercavo un usato e chiedevo informazioni per un paio di SW-T400 che avevate fuori. Uno bianco e uno antracite se non erro (son passati due anni) ed entrato nel punto vendita usato, il ragazzo dietro al banco, dopo aver aspettato che finisse di guardare il cellulare, ha alzato semplicemente lo sguardo senza nessun convenevole di rito ed alle mie domande rispondeva praticamente per monosillabi. Alla mia richiesta di poter provare uno degli scooter prima dell'eventuale acquisto quasi si è scocciato rispondendo con sufficienza. Al che ho ringraziato educatamente ed ho girato i tacchi.
