Non hanno nemmeno fatto le foto e quando ci siamo accorti hanno risposto che non ce n'era bisogno! Giorni dopo mio padre sta ancora male e ha dovuto andare in pronto soccorso. Mai più lì. My father's colonoscopy was very painful, like never in other clinics. They didn't even take the pictures and when we realized they replied that there was no need! Days later my father is still sick and had to go to the emergency room. Never again there.

Se poi si viene mandati via con poco garbo per un'errore fatto all'atto della prenotazione... Meglio cambiare struttura. Lecco ne offre di più professionali. I find it unacceptable to wait 40 minutes for acceptance (and in these 40 minutes only 8 patients have been managed). And if you are sent away with little grace for a mistake made when booking ... Better to change structure. Lecco offers more professional ones.
A	Andrea Misani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata ricoverata per protesi ginocchio....dal punto di vista del personale medico e infermieristico nulla da eccepire...personale attento, disponibile, educato. Per quanto riguarda la struttura e gli ausili medici lascia un po' a desiderare. Letti obsoleti (si viaggia ancora con le manovelle per alzare il letto), non esistono supporti per le stampelle che cadono continuamente, nei bagni mancano dei semplici appendini per poter appendere anche solo il pigiama per poi lavarsi. Si dovrebbe investire in questi piccoli accorgimenti per rendere più confortevole la permanenza. I was hospitalized for knee prostheses .... from the point of view of the medical and nursing staff, nothing to complain ... attentive, helpful, polite staff. As for the structure and medical aids, it leaves something to be desired. Obsolete beds (people still travel with cranks to raise the bed), there are no supports for crutches that fall continuously, in the bathrooms there are no simple hangers to be able to hang even just the pajamas and then wash. You should invest in these little things to make your stay more comfortable.

Pessima esperienza all'accettazione (escludendo una signora un po' robusta che non vedo allo sportello da un po'... peccato...era l'unica più gentile)...le altre sempre sgarbate. Altrettanto pessima con la dott.ssa Dal Pino (ginecologa) con visita privata per mia figlia minorenne: sbrigativa e superficiale. Ho avuto altre esperienze nella stessa struttura qualcuna positiva ma in generale non la consiglio! E pensare che l'avevamo pure scelta...mai più! I wanted to give zero! Bad experience at the reception (excluding a somewhat robust lady who I haven't seen at the counter for a while ... too bad ... she was the only kindest) ... the others always rude. Equally bad with Dr. Dal Pino (gynecologist) with a private visit for my underage daughter: hasty and superficial. I have had other experiences in the same structure some positive but in general I do not recommend it! And to think that we had also chosen it ... never again!
N	Nicoletta Corti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto togliere due nei e l'esperienza si è rivelata ottima: il dottor Griffa e la sua infermiera hanno avuto modi squisiti e una professionalità notevole. Non ho sentito nulla, anestesia, intervento, post asportazione e levatura punti senza minimo problema, veloci e sempre con modi molto gentili. Gli interventi ambulatoriali sono stati fatti tramite la convenzione con Fondo Est: ho speso solo la franchigia e appuntamento velocissimo. Assolutamente consigliato. I had to remove two moles and the experience turned out to be excellent: Doctor Griffa and his nurse had exquisite manners and remarkable professionalism. I have not felt anything, anesthesia, surgery, post removal and raising of the points without any problem, fast and always with very kind ways. The outpatient interventions were made through the agreement with Fondo Est: I only spent the deductible and a very quick appointment. Absolutely recommended.

S	Sergio&Marina LoscoHills on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facilities are clean and not run down like a lot of the Italian healthcare facilities. You get fast service and the queues are minimal when you pay privately. Italian and English indications and signs are posted everywhere. But it's not cheap!
