Ho fatto 2 giorni di degenza super curata sia dalle infermiere che dai dottori. Grazie a tutti. C	Claudia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infermieri e medici gentilissimi, tuttavia organizzazione carente: pochi giorni prima della gastroscopia ricevuto messaggio per richiesta esecuzione esame non necessario, richiesta il giorno stesso di anticipare di ca 2 ore l'esame e poi al nuovo orario attesa in sala d'aspetto per oltre 25 min. Costo eccessivo: 357 euro per sì e no 10 min. Pochi giorni prima effettuata visita cardiologica privata di oltre mezz'ora con ecg, eco a cuore e carotidi pagando meno della metà. E	Eleonora Balbo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato 3 ecografie e 1 lastra con la mia assicurazione sanitaria privata e mi sono recata presso la clinica con le conferme della franchigia a mio carico. Quando sono arrivata in loco i prezzi richiesti non collimavano con i documenti ufficiali in mio possesso; a tal punto ho chiesto spiegazioni a 2 receptionist: Mi è stato indicato che la clinica fa pagare 12 euro aggiuntivi per ogni esame tot euro 48 (anche se se ne guardano bene dal comunicarlo prima al momento della prenotazione o all'assicurazione che ha un listino diverso se pur aggiornato). Un pó indispettita decido che non è il momento di polemizzare e accetto il costo fino a che una receptionist mi confessa che due ecografie vengono unite in una singola prestazione, ma avendo due impegnative distinte devo pagare non solo la franchigia doppia (ma di questo ne ero consapevole dai documenti in mio possesso) ma anche il pagamento 'privato' alla clinica deve essere doppio... che non si sa bene x cosa sia dovuto, oppure sono stata io sfortunata a non avere un interlocutore che me lo spiegasse. A quel punto ho fatto solo l'esame urgente ed ho disdetto seduta stante le altre 3 che ho fatto altrove senza costi aggiuntivi. Non riesco a mettere la recensione su Facebook avete bloccato la sezione dopo i molti commenti negativi? B	Bryan Sampietro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto positiva, sono stato operato al crociato e al menisco dal dottor sala, la mia degenza durata 3 giorni (e 2 notti) è stata molto positiva, entrambe le notti era di turno il dottor Gladis e l’ultima notte il dottor Banfi, non ho avuto alcun problema, ad ogni mia domanda hanno risposto in modo esaustivo e soprattutto sempre presenti a qualsiasi orario. Davvero soddisfatto del servizio. Very positive experience, I was operated on the cruciate and meniscus by Dr. Sala, my 3-day (and 2-night) hospitalization was very positive, both nights Dr. Gladis was on duty and the last night Dr. Banfi, I didn't have any problem, they answered all my questions in an exhaustive way and above all always present at any time. L'ultima delle 3 volte sono dovuta tornare a fare l'esame per colpa loro e ho anche dovuto fare un'attesa lunghissima in reception. Great doctors, bad reception. Purtroppo la sala attesa e receptionist sono piccole. Convenzioni con assicurazioni ma quasi nulla con ATS. Excellent dentistry Outpatient clinics for every need. Cutting-edge radiology. Polite and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately the waiting room and receptionist are small. Agreements with insurance companies but almost nothing with ATS.

Ad un certo punto mi stufo vado dalla segretaria a chiedere spiegazioni mi rassicura che il dottore sta arrivando, dopo Altri 10 minuti si presenta con la sua assistente caffè in mano.... la visita È durata 5 minuti praticamente solo ECG.... 2 giorno dopo in un altra clinica sempre privata stesso prezzo visita durata 1ora e 30 min senza attesa naturalmente ECG+ecocardiogramma... spero di essere stato chiaro!
