Tutto è dovuto al fatto che, come non si è mai visto da nessuna parte, occorre pagare in anticipo sia la fornitura che la posa in opera. E.. una volta che hai pagato ... non riesci a fare più nulla. Mi è stato fatto acquistare più mq del necessario, dicendo che avrei potuto restituire il parquet non posato (detto sia dal commerciale che dall'amministrazione) invece, dopo la posa, mi è stato detto che non potevo restituire parte del parquet avanzato perché il parquet acquistato era in promozione outlet. Inoltre, per un errore in fattura, mi è stato fatto pagare la posa in opera anche per i mq acquistati come scorta. E... anche per questo non si è più riusciti a fare nulla dopo il pagamento. Per non parlare del montaggio per cui darei meno di 0. Non fatevi montare il parquet, per favore, dal posatore Luigi Pilisi perché, per qualunque problema successivo, si diventa matti a starci dietro. Assistenza successiva alla posa assolutamente nulla, proprio perché, avendo pagato in anticipo, perché dovrebbe perdere tempo a fare riparazioni di cose fatte male?? Ritengo sia sempre giusto promuovere e valorizzare le aziende del proprio territorio, dico solo di fare molta attenzione alle fatture che emettono e.. non ritengo sia proprio corretto acquistare, a scatola chiusa, pagando in anticipo, un servizio di posa in opera. I was made to buy more square meters than necessary, saying that I could return the un-installed parquet (said by both the commercial and the administration) but, after installation, I was told that I could not return part of the leftover parquet because the parquet purchased was in outlet promotion. Furthermore, due to an error in the invoice, I was also charged for the installation for the square meters purchased as a spare. And ... also for this reason it was no longer possible to do anything after the payment. Not to mention the assembly for which I would give less than 0. Do not have the parquet installed, please, by the installer Luigi Pilisi because, for any subsequent problem, you will go crazy to keep up with it. Post-installation assistance absolutely nothing, precisely because, having paid in advance, why should he waste time doing repairs on poorly made things? I believe it is always right to promote and enhance the companies of your territory, I just say to pay close attention to the invoices they issue and .. I do not think it is right to buy, in a poke, paying in advance, an installation service. It has never been seen in any other company.
