β β β β β One of my favourite places in Turin. Of the more neobistro style places in Turin that serve natural wine, this place ranked the highest. The dishes featuring seasonal produce was a cut above the others. They have an extensive wine menu, but I would recommend going for a pairing and allow yourself to be surprised by the knowledgeable staff. Wines are mainly from natural/traditionalist producers of France, Italy and Spain.

β β β β β We had a dinner tonigh in Gaudenzio, following a recommendation. I have to say that we left the restaurant very disappointed. I red the reviews and it sounds we had completely different experience. We ordered 6 dishes and finished only one of them (vegetable croquettes as a first dish). I would not recommend this restaurant.
