★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo l'agenzia per fare un regalo al mio fidanzato, inizialmente non trovo ciò di cui ho bisogno, chiamo il giorno dopo, parlo con una ragazza e ci accordiamo sul da farsi con una valida soluzione alternativa. Mi dice anche di passare quando andavo meglio. Mi reco in agenzia la mattina dopo e senza nemmeno un saluto mi viene subito detto che hanno degli appuntamenti e non possono seguirmi. Arriva un'altra signora e mi risponde "veramente avrei degli appuntamenti anche io....". Io mi chiedo come si possa essere organizzati così. Come si può accogliere un cliente così?! Ma la professionalità dov'è? Peraltro poi NON mi garantiscono il servizio richiesto, come invece aveva fatto l'altra collega al telefono, dicendomi che si poteva fare tranquillamente. Ho lasciato perdere, anche se a pochi giorni da Natale mi hanno causato veramente molto disagi.
Disorganizzazione, scortesia e fretta!

I call the agency to give my boyfriend a gift, initially I don't find what I need, I call the next day, I talk to a girl and we agree on what to do with a valid alternative solution. He also tells me to drop by when I was better. I go to the agency the next morning and without even a greeting I am immediately told that they have appointments and cannot follow me. Another lady arrives and replies "I really would have appointments too ....". I wonder how it can be organized like this. How can you welcome such a customer ?! But where is professionalism? Moreover, they DO NOT guarantee me the requested service, as the other colleague did on the phone, telling me that it could be done easily. I gave up, even if a few days before Christmas they really caused me a lot of inconvenience.
Disorganization, rudeness and haste!
