★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima cucina casalinga, gestione cordiale gentile. Preferisco i primi soprattutto le crespelle ai funghi. Da provare il loro pane scuro.
 Excellent home cooking, kind friendly management. I prefer the first courses especially the crepes with mushrooms. Try their dark bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La vera sfoglia bolognese!la signora è gentilissima sembra proprio una nonnina di altri tempi passati e che sanno di buono ?abbiamo assaggiato i tortellini e la lasagna verde che dire ottimi!!!!
The real Bolognese pastry! The lady is very kind, she looks like a grandmother from other times and who knows how good we are ?We tasted tortellini and green lasagna which is excellent !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto questo negozio troppo tardi, Grrrr..Ma sono ancora in tempo x fortuna.avete mai visto le "Sfogline" all opera? È la prima immagine che vi regalerà questo locale...sublime..La vetrina offre una tale varietà di prodotti da far girare la testa..pasta fresca,pane,bocconcini,dolciumi...SLURP!Da far leccare i baffi anche a chi non ne ha...un elegantissimo porta mattarelli in legno vi accoglie nel regno della pasta fresca (i tortellini alle ortiche "spaccano") le lasagne ed i tortelloni vi regaleranno pranzo e cene da paura, pensate che le sfogline vi consentiranno di dire ai vostri commensali che la pasta l avete "tirata voi "con il vostro mattarello!! Non sono gelose della loro produzione perché è fatta x NOI!!
Il resto lo farà la gentilezza e la cordialità di queste "Sante donne" che pensano (Non troppo) alla nostra linea...A Sasso Marconi Uova farina e mattarello...BEN MO' DA BON??

The showcase offers such a variety of products to make your head spin..pasta fresh, bread, morsels, sweets ... SLURP! To be licked mustache also who does not have ... an elegant wooden rolling pin door welcomes you in the realm of fresh pasta (tortellini with nettles "split") lasagna and tortelloni will give you lunch and dinners of fear, think that the sfogline will allow you to say to your guests that the pasta has "pulled you" with your rolling pin !! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando si ha voglia di tornare indietro con il tempo dove le sfogline facevano i tortellini,le lasagne e tantissime cose buone da gustare fermatevi non ve ne pentirete.
Tanta professionalità e simpatia.
When you want to go back to the time where the sfoglines used to make tortellini, lasagna and lots of good things to taste, stop and you won't regret it.

I passed by Sasso Marconi and I stopped in this deli where I discovered that the owner Fabrizio (whom I know) is there, I bought all the tortellini, the casket of Venus and finally the rosettes ... all excellent ... Fabrizio he is a friendly and exquisite person I recommend everyone to go there
