F	Francesco M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dopo un inizio non allettante dovuto ad alcune mancanze comunicative con il call center, si sono rivelati essere molto efficienti e comprensivi e hanno risolto velocemente un problema. segnalo che il tecnico che per due volte si è recato presso il mio domicilio è stato davvero bravo , preciso, veloce e soprattutto molto molto competente (oltre che dotato di strumenti tecnologici che purtroppo altri centri non adoperano) after an uninspiring start due to some communication failures with the call center, they proved to be very efficient and understanding and quickly resolved a problem. M	Mauro Frantellizzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto approssimativi sui tempi, esperienza personale negativa: avevo una perdita al climatizzatore in casa e prima di fare la diagnosi del problema mi hanno "costretto" a fare una pulizia alla prima visita, peccato che poi non siano più tornati per il vero motivo: un climatizzatore scarico ma pulito serva a molto poco . Ho anche contattato Daikin per il disservizio ma non ho avuto riscontro. Very approximate times, negative personal experience: I had a leak in the air conditioner in the house and before making the diagnosis of the problem they "forced" me to do a cleaning on the first visit, a pity that they never came back for the real reason: a exhaust but clean air conditioner is of very little use. I also contacted Daikin for the disservice but I had no response.
