Vivo e lavoro a Londra, pertanto per me e' essenziale poter contare sulla professionalita' del servizio immobiliare e Saveria, la titolare dello Studio, e' una agente altamente professionale e una persona preparata, conosce il mercato immobiliare, non parla a vanvera ma cerca di conoscere il cliente, locatore o locatario che sia. Questo credo che sia un plusvalore non indiferrente, considerato i tempi ansiogeni e frenetici in cui viviamo. Saveria e' una persona seria, comprensiva e flessibile e me lo ha costantemente dimostrato e gli inquilini, che nel corso di questi anni si sono succeduti, non potrebbero che confermarlo. Appena parlato al telefono con la signora stra sguaiata che continuava a sottolineare quanto fossero stati bravi a non aumentare l'affitto da 800 a 900 parliamo di uno degli appartamenti più brutti che io abbia mai visto. In un momento di covid e crisi x tutti mi dice pure "il problema è che non hai i soldi". Perché 800 euro per 40 mq sono pochi??? Schiaffo in faccia ai sacrifici di chi lavora!! Inizia a farmi una serie di domande, alcune estremamente fuori luogo e anche personali, per poi propormi qualcosa che non avevo chiesto. Io molto educatamente le rispondo che a me serviva un trilo e non un bilo; la “signora” in questione con tono molto infastidito, mi attacca in faccia il telefono dicendomi “ signorina mi dispiace allora non ho quello per cui ha chiamato”. A quel punto io, ancora più infastidita di lei, ho richiamato subito lo stesso numero, domandole se fosse questo il modo di lavorare attaccando il telefono in faccia ad un cliente mentre stavo per chiederle se aveva altro da propormi; qua la “signora” ha toccato il fondo, rispondendomi urlando come un’oca “ io non ho tempo da perdere mi lasci in pace e non mi rompa, arrivederci” . Scrivo questo per dire che sarà mia preoccupazione non consigliare ASSOLUTAMENTE questa agenzia.
