★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni anno eseguono la pulizia della caldaia e ogni volta mi viene ricordato che ho diritto a una chiamata gratuita, peccato che si sono rimangiati la parola facendomi pagare i 50euro per una richiesta di intervento dicendomi che se non ho una carta che dichiara quanto detto la cosa non ha valore.
Ci sono rimasta malissimo.
Every year they clean the boiler and every time I am reminded that I am entitled to a free call, too bad they have taken back their word by making me pay 50 euros for a request for intervention, telling me that if I do not have a card that declares what has been said it has no value.
I was very upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subentrati a Gasdinamica per l’assistenza della caldaia ho dovuto aspettare settimane per essere richiamato per fissare il controllo annuale, continui rimbalzi perché bisogna aspettare “la collega”. Una volta fissato l’appuntamento hanno richiamato poco prima dell’arrivo per spostarlo per ben due volte. Terzo appuntamento arrivati in ritardo. In attesa di un preventivo per la sostituzione della caldaia da mesi. Ora richiamo per un problema tecnico con la caldaia in blocco e la segretaria mi chiede che bisogna avere pazienza. Sconsiglio! Poca professionalità.
After taking over from Gasdinamica to assist the boiler, I had to wait weeks to be called back to fix the annual check, continuous rebounds because you have to wait for "your colleague". Once the appointment was set, they called back shortly before arrival to move him twice. Third appointment arrived late. We have been waiting for a quote for the replacement of the boiler for months. Now I'm calling for a technical problem with the boiler blocked and the secretary asks me to be patient. I do not recommend! Little professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto pagare in anticipo 500 Euro di riparazione della caldaia perchè si recasse a casa mia un tecnico che stava per adnarsene senza neanche essersi accorto che il rubinetto che aveva montato era difettatto e la caldaia perdeva ancora. 24 ore dopo sto ancora combattendo perchè la situazione sia definitivamente risolta. Scarsissima professionalità e pessima cura del cliente, evitate questa ditta!
I had to pay 500 Euros in advance for the repair of the boiler so that a technician who was about to do it without even realizing that the tap he had mounted was defective and the boiler was still leaking came to my house. 24 hours later I'm still fighting for the situation to be definitively resolved. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi: poco competenti, hanno sbagliato nella diagnosi del danno; inaffidabili, promettono di venire e sistemare poi non rispettano i tempi promessi; poco disponibili, non rispondono al telefono e se lasci un messaggio come dice la segreteria non richiamano; poco comprensivi, dopo averci lasciato al freddo 5 giorni, arriva finalmente il pezzo che pensavano fosse da sostituire ma vengono 24 ore dopo a montarlo per poi scoprire che il problema era molto più complesso. Assolutamente sconsigliati.
Bad: not very competent, they made a mistake in diagnosing the damage; unreliable, they promise to come and fix up, then they don't meet the promised times; not available, they do not answer the phone and if you leave a message as the answering machine says they do not call back; little understanding, after leaving us in the cold for 5 days, the piece they thought was to be replaced finally arrives but they come 24 hours later to assemble it and then discover that the problem was much more complex. Absolutely not recommended.
