Il mio telefonino secondo loro non va bene e quindi io non posso prelevare il mio denaro dato che il bancomat non funziona. Devo fare sempre operazioni.alla cassa. Sono in questa banca da più di da più di 40 anni e sto pensando seriamente di andarmene.
No help understanding and operating cash with the phone either. According to them, my mobile phone is not good and therefore I cannot withdraw my money as the ATM does not work. I always have to do operations at the cashier. I have been in this bank for over 40 years and I am seriously considering leaving.
