★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono "parte in causa" come cliente dall'anno 2000. Ho comprato e fatto istallare la porta CAVò con un microcip elettronico. A parte il cambio di due batterie per la normale usura del tempo, non ho mai avuto dei problemi. Sono ultra contento. Mi spiace per coloro che hanno avuto dei problemi che, secondo me, dipendono solo ed esclusivamente da una istallazione non corretta. Perciò consiglio di chiedere alla casa madre un buon installatore nella propria zona.
I have been a "party" as a customer since 2000. I bought and installed the CAVò door with an electronic microcip. Aside from changing two batteries for normal wear and tear of time, I have never had any problems. I am ultra happy. I am sorry for those who have had problems which, in my opinion, depend solely and exclusively on an incorrect installation. So I recommend asking the parent company for a good installer in your area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Ho acquistata una porta blindata che ha avuto problemi di isolamento da subito. Non hanno mai risolto. Ho scritto una mail per aver chiarimenti 11 giorni fa ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta, nemmeno una per accusarne la ricezione.
Bad experience. I bought an armored door which immediately had insulation problems. They never fixed it. I wrote an email for clarification 11 days ago but I have not received any response, not even one to acknowledge receipt.

We bought sixteen armored doors for a building we own. We found ourselves having to contact the after-sales service for some problems due to incorrect installation by our technicians (not Gardesa). The assistance was punctual and precise and in a few hours the problems were solved. Great professionalism and customer focus.
