Rispetto ai grandi rivenditori sanno anticipare il bisogno del cliente consigliando la soluzione migliore in termini di ottimizzazione degli spazi e di design. Sanno trasformare ambienti semplici in gioiellini con varie soluzioni in molteplici fascie di prezzo. Rispetto dei tempi di consegna puntuale, sanno venire incontro al cliente anche per situazioni di emergenza dell ultimo minuto.
Purchased: kitchen, doors, closets, bed, interior doors. Excellent value for money. Compared to large retailers, they know how to anticipate customer needs by recommending the best solution in terms of space optimization and design. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatto serramenti, lavoro lasciato incompleto (la casa era rimasta un cantiere e ho dovuto arrangiarmi a finire il lavoro), preventivo lievitato incredibilmente dopo aver "fatto" il lavoro (hanno detto che mi hanno chiamato per chiedermi se potevano farlo e io ho detto sì...telefonata mai arrivata), la telefonata, a dir poco SCORTESE, mi è arrivata per chiedere l'anticipo del pagamento rispetto a quanto pattuito. Esperienza ORRENDA. NON CONSIGLIO. (Non allego foto per cortesia). PS: metto una stellina perchè meno non si può.
Made windows, work left incomplete (the house remained a construction site and I had to make do with finishing the job), estimate leavened incredibly after having "done" the work (they said they called me to ask if they could do it and I said yes ... phone call never arrived), the phone call, to say the least RUDE, came to me to ask for the advance payment compared to what was agreed. HORRENT experience. NOT RECOMMEND. (Please do not attach photos). PS: I put a star because you can not less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato una porta scorrevole presso questa falegnameria. A parte il ritardo nella consegna purtroppo devo dire che la porta aveva un piccolissimo difetto. Ho sollecitato più volte l'intervento del tecnico (come da loro promesso) ma non si sono più fatti sentire. Per niente seri. A giugno dovevano venire "in settimana"
I bought a sliding door at this joinery. Apart from the delay in delivery, unfortunately I must say that the door had a very small defect. I have requested the intervention of the technician several times (as promised by them) but they have not been heard anymore. Not serious at all. In June they had to come "during the week"
