Consiglio vivamente questa officina. Preciso che io all'assicurazione avevo fatto presenza della zona e della via e che loro mi avevano detto che non c'erano problemi. L'operatore di Ruspi se n'è andato via subito senza neanche provare a rimuovere auto. Servizio pessimo, spero che questi cambino mestiere e facciano altro. Avendo il meccanico di fiducia in ferie ho deciso di affidare la riparazione a loro. Sono stati rapidi e a prezzi accettabili. Mara con cui mi sono relazionato è stata efficiente, precisa e molto cortese. Non li conoscevo ma in base alla mia esperienza li consiglio vivamente. Resta da capire come mai l'operaio di Ruspi non c'è riuscito... Svogliato, di fretta...? Fatto sta che ho risolto in altro modo anche se il servizio di questo carro attrezzi lo pagherò a differenza di quello di Ruspi che era coperto dalla mia assicurazione. PS: L' uscita dell'operatore è stata conteggiata dall'assicurazione. Sostanzialmente parliamo di 80 euro di intervento per un servizio NON effettuato! Nient'altro da aggiungere, occhio quando scegliete il carro attrezzi. ESPERIENZA PERSONALE, SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE RUSPI! Ho fornito personalmente i ricambi necessarii ma il capofficina mi ha comunicato che non erano in grado di registrare la fase alla vettura, per cui ho dovuto andare a riprendere la vettura con un altro carro attrezzi da Milano, a prezzo migliore di quanto prospettatomi. Hanno preferito guadagnare sul deposito della vettura senza dover lavorare e senza consegnarmi la vettura funzionante. Da evitare assolutamente. Bad experience.
