In breve vi spiego cosa mi è capitato sperando che voi lettori, da ciò che mi è occorso, possiate trarne insegnamento. Mi sono recato presso questa officina in cui si effettuano anche revisioni: ci tengo a precisare che sono un cliente da innumerevoli anni con tre macchine, due intestate a me e una alla moglie, tre macchine revisionate sempre qui. Mi presento con una delle mie e chiedo di farmi la revisione. Vengono inseriti i dati dell'autovettura a computer e subito dopo la macchina viene messa sui rulli per iniziare la trafila. Dopo 25 minuti di attesa in un localino dove le sole cose da leggere sono gli avvisi affissi dal gestore dell'attività, il meccanico preposto mi informa che c'è un problema: "le gomme posteriori della macchina sono consumate all'interno". Mi informa che l'auto non può passare la revisione, debbo quindi cambiare le gomme e devo, dopo il cambio, ritornare la lui dove mi sarà effettuata una seconda revisione. Ovviamente devo pagare la revisione in corso e poi, a gomme sostituite, dovrò pagare anche la seconda. La macchina non può essere revisionata da altra officina. Devo ritornare per forza da lui. Non aggiungo altro. Non sarò certo io ad evidenziare il fatto che le gomme, non idonee a criteri intuibilmente specifici, potendo inficiare una revisione, dovrebbero essere controllate come prima cosa dal meccanico, oserei dire ancora prima di essere messa sui rulli. Non sarò certo io a dirvi che un meccanico dove ti servi da anni avrebbe potuto dirti da subito che con le gomme in quelle condizioni non te l'avrebbe passata e che quindi sarebbe stato il caso di cambiare prima le gomme e poi ritornare da lui in maniera di farti pagare una sola revisione e non due. Ho avuto solo la impressione, e questo ve lo dirò, che è una prassi consolidata quella sottoporre una macchina a revisione senza nemmeno dargli un'occhiata prima, senza soffermarsi sui dettagli evidenti, cioè quei dettagli che una volta evidenziati al cliente, da subito gli farebbero capire di essere in buone mani, di potersi fidare, di aver scelto giusto. Non ho avuto questa impressione. Peccato. Amareggiato?? Deluso?? Sconcertato?? Tutt'e 3 gli stati d'animo in egual misura. Se posso dare un consiglio ai futuri revisionandi, ovunque voi andiate, se avete le gomme che hanno già percorso 40mila chilometri, chiedete prima se con le gomme in quelle condizioni la macchina può passare la revisione. Se vi dicono di no, cambiate prima le gomme e poi ritornate in revisione eviterete così di doverne pagarne due, come purtroppo è successo al sottoscritto. After 25 minutes of waiting in a little place where the only things to read are the notices posted by the manager of the activity, the mechanic in charge informs me that there is a problem: "the rear tires of the car are worn out inside". He informs me that the car cannot pass the inspection, so I have to change the tires and, after the change, I have to return to him where a second inspection will be carried out. Obviously I have to pay for the revision in progress and then, once the tires have been replaced, I will also have to pay for the second one. The machine cannot be overhauled by another workshop. I have to go back to him by force. I do not add anything else. Certainly I will not be the one to point out the fact that the tires, not suitable for intuitively specific criteria, being able to invalidate an overhaul, should be checked first by the mechanic, I dare say even before being put on the rollers. Certainly I will not be the one to tell you that a mechanic where you have served for years could have told you immediately that with the tires in those conditions he would not have passed it and that therefore it would have been appropriate to change the tires first and then return to him in way to get paid for one revision and not two. I only had the impression, and I will tell you this, that it is a consolidated practice to submit a machine to overhaul without even taking a look at it first, without dwelling on the obvious details, that is, those details that, once highlighted to the customer, immediately they would make it clear that they are in good hands, that they can trust them, that they have chosen the right one. I didn't get this impression. Pity. Embittered ?? Disappointed?? Baffled ?? All 3 moods in equal measure. If I can give advice to future overhauls, wherever you go, if you have tires that have already traveled 40 thousand kilometers, ask first if with the tires in those conditions the car can pass the inspection. S	Sebastiano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la revisione della mia moto da enduro ho avuto una brutta esperienza, in quanto sono andato li in officina il giorno prima per far vedere la mia moto se andasse bene, sembrava tutto ok quindi fissiamo il giorno della revisione il giorno. Ed ecco che la moto non andava bene, quindi chiama il centro revisione ecc mi dicono che ci risentiamo il giorno dopo per ritornare, alla fine della fiera è passato 1 mese ed ancora non ho ricevuro nessuna chiamata. La revisione l'ho fatta nel frattempo in un'altra officina senza avere alcun problema. Per quanto riguarda la revisione delle auto, non ho avuto problemi da segnalare, mi spiace dar 2 stelle!
