β β β β β Terrible service, terrible refunding policy, terrible staff! They do not accept refund in the store. If you bought something as a gift for your friend and he didn't like it, and you want to change it to something else ,pay the difference if there is one, it turns out they cannot do it, if you really want the refund you have to email the customer setvice, and ask them to authorize the shop for the refund, which takes more than a week. My suggestion for them is to CLOSE THE SHOP, SELL EVERYTHING ONLINE! If there is absolutely no postpurchasing service in the shop at all, what is the point of its existence? Don't recommend to buy anything with them. The only nice person in the store is the one who is trying to sell me the cellphone case at the entrance, and she is not even one of their staff! Terrible store!
