★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Gamestop is nice but small, sits inside the bigger Mondadori mall. Shop assistants are very good, unfortunately they are few so waits are often long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AWFUL. I went on November 8 to pick up Death Stranding since it was a gift for my bf. However, before I could leave, the sales lady started trying to sell me the Premius Pass as the perfect christmas gift to give, she explained me all the benefits to which I said I would think about it, BUT WAIT only for that day I could get it with a super awesome promotion: instead of paying it 30 euros I would only have to pay 20, but only for that day, only if I purchased it in that moment (she was very emphatic on that). So I got it. All for nothing, because when my bf goes to use it (one week ago) he first finds out that absolutely none of his games (except by his brand new Death Stranding) was valid for the promotion. Ok, too bad but I told him "hey don't worry, you still have 10 euros you can use for buying a used game or something", so there he goes just to be told that the 10 euros had actually being used to purchase the Premium Pass, which is, I HAD BEEN LIED TO, the sales lady WITHOUT TELLING ME had me believe that the pass was in a super good offer that day and so I shouldn't miss it, while instead she had used the credit inside the pass to "make the offer". Therefore, it was money thrown to the garbage. I gave the most useless Christmas gift ever and ended up making my bf go through a very uncomfortable situation. NEVER AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I walk into a store, ask a question to the sale assistant and his reply is “ask to the other assistant please”, no matter what he’s doing, I will walk out and never set my foot into that store again... and that’s exactly what happened in this GameStop. Someone needs to be unemployed for a wile and learn a few lessons in life.
