★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi pomeriggio devo dire che il personale è stato davvero gentile e preparato. Carlo è disponibile e davvero molto competente (anche la ragazza di cui non ricordo il nome). Piccolo problema durante la lavorazione sul mio smatphone, si sono prodigati ed hanno subito fatto il possibile per sistemarlo. Hanno anche contatto la loro sede per eventuale assicurazione. Per fortuna si è risolto nel migliore dei modi ma sottolineo la professionalità dei due dipendenti. Ottimo
This afternoon I have to say that the staff were really kind and knowledgeable. Carlo is helpful and very competent (even the girl whose name I can't remember). Small problem during the processing on my smartphone, they did their utmost and immediately did everything possible to fix it. They also contact their office for possible insurance. Luckily it worked out in the best way but I emphasize the professionalism of the two employees. Great

La ragazza in servizio è stata impeccabile ottimo social, si è sorbita tutta la mia rottura di scatole e nonostante lei non potesse fare niente è riuscita ad aiutarmi e semplificarmi le cose senza farmi tornare un altro giorno. Brava e grazie !

Game stop come azienda non merita 5 stelle.

HO COMPRATO delle cuffie + controller per Xbox, NUOVI DI PACCA, SPESI 140€ TOTALI.
HANNO FUNZIONATO 6 GIORNI.
Poi come magia ,non funziona ne uno né l'altro.
Speravo fosse un problema di cuffie ma nnt , anche il controller ha seri problemi...
Ho anche acquistato una XBOX series S , che continua a dare problemi nell' accensione...
NON PRENDETE NNT LI IO HO SPESO 140€+270 DI XBOX...
CHE VERGONA ... I MIEI COMPLIMENTI

I BOUGHT some headphones + Xbox controller, NEW IN PACKAGE, SPENT 140 € TOTAL.
WORKED 6 DAYS.
Then like magic, neither one nor the other works.
I was hoping it was a headphone problem but nnt, the controller has serious problems too ...
I also bought an XBOX series S, which continues to have problems with ignition ...
DO NOT TAKE THEM I SPENT 140 € + 270 OF XBOX ...
WHAT A SHAME ... MY CONGRATULATIONS

"Disponibili" e "cordiali" rende troppo generico il feedback che vorrei lasciargli. Il negozio presenta una vasta scelta di giochi usati e accessori, ideali per regali originali e acquisti personali.
Consiglio Carlo e Gianluca a tutti coloro che hanno bisogno di una solida guida per affacciarsi al meraviglioso mondo dei videogiochi e a tutti coloro che (già esperti o quasi) vogliono suggerimenti sulle novità in uscita o sulle anticipazioni future!
Grazie a loro avrò di nuovo la possibilità di usare il Martello Dell'Alba!
Carlo and Gianluca were fabulous. They explained to us in detail what would be the optimal solutions for our purchases related to the next generation consoles. "Helpful" and "friendly" makes the feedback I would like to leave too generic. The shop features a large selection of used toys and accessories, ideal for original gifts and personal purchases.
I recommend Carlo and Gianluca to all those who need a solid guide to enter the wonderful world of video games and to all those who (already experienced or almost) want suggestions on upcoming news or future previews!
Thanks to them I will again have the possibility to use the Hammer of the Dawn!
