★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale insufficiente , nel senso che una ragazza sola si deve destreggiare tra videogame e schede SIM. E poi perché in un negozio di videogiochi hanno messo uno sportello telefonia?
Insufficient staff, in the sense that a single girl has to juggle videogames and SIM cards. And then why did they put a telephone counter in a video game store?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado alle 11 del mattino per dare dentro la mia play e giochi, dopo aver chiamo qualche giorno prima per essere sicura la accettassero . Io abito a 30 km di distanza. Mi viene detto che loro al mattino non fanno ritiri in quanto non hanno contante da darmi, assurdo perché a me telefonicamente non è stato riferito alcun problema di orario nel ritiro della console . Quindi deciso di andare a fare un giro e attendere qualche ora. Dopo qualche ora chiamo il negozio diverse volte per sapere se potevano e non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta . Assurdo !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella solo x la gentilezza di un commesso, ho comprato due giochi per mio nipote x la switch, uno a prezzo pieno e il secondo il meno caro a 5 euro..... arrivato a casa apro i giochi sigillati e in uno mancava la schedina del gioco, ho chiamato x due ore senza avere risposta finché ho mandato un mio amico a parlare e mi ha fatto chiamare.... finalmente parlo con un commesso il quale mi riferiva di venire l indomani x cambiare il gioco...... dopo un ora mi richiama e mi dice che dato che il gioco è in download non posso cambiarlo.....premetto non ne capisco nulla, non parlo inglese, ma il codice non l'ho usato, cambiamelo con uno con la schedina e poi quando viene un dinosauro come me che non ne capisce nulla sarebbe educato e professionale dirli questi particolari......hanno perso un cliente......da oggi comprerò solo on-line..... grazie .
I put a star only x the kindness of a salesman, I bought two games for my nephew x the switch, one at full price and the second the cheapest at 5 euros ..... arrived home I open the sealed games and in one the ticket of the game was missing, I called for two hours without receiving an answer until I sent a friend of mine to talk and he made me call .... finally I speak with a salesman who told me to come the next day to change the game .. .... after an hour he calls me back and tells me that since the game is in download I can't change it ..... I say I don't understand anything, I don't speak English, but I haven't used the code, change it with one with the coupon and then when a dinosaur like me comes who doesn't understand anything it would be polite and professional to tell them these details ...... they lost a customer ...... from today I will only buy online .... . thank you .
