★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualità buona, il motivo di una stella sta nel fatto che ho trovato molto incompetente la responsabile del punto vendita. Trovo inaccettabile un rimprovero con modi sgarbati alla dipendente davanti ai clienti mentre erano alla cassa come trovo inappropriato che la stessa consegni documenti da firmare all'altra dipendente sempre in presenza di clienti alla cassa. Penso che se il rimprovero dev'essere fatto va eseguito in altra sede e credo che sia necessario più professionalità e competenza da parte di tutto lo staff.
Good quality, the reason for a star is that I found the manager of the store very incompetent. I find it unacceptable to reprimand the employee with rude ways in front of customers while they were at the cashier as I find it inappropriate for the same to deliver documents to be signed by the other employee always in the presence of customers at the cashier. I think that if the reprimand has to be done it must be done elsewhere and I believe that more professionalism and competence is needed on the part of all the staff.
