★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cordiale, purtroppo delusa dall'azienda, perché,dopo valutazione dei prodotti non danno il rimborso dovuto in soldi contanti (anche se così pubblicizzato) ma sei obbligata ad avere il rimborso con buono che puoi spendere solo da loro.

Qualche giorno fa per la terza volta hanno rifiutato di ritirare un prodotto (in questo caso una console usata) per difetti estetici, quando la stessa è stata ritirata senza problemi il giorno successivo presso un altro negozio GS.

Quindi il ragazzo si è dovuto passare 230 euro di buoni uno alla volta. Richiesta rifiutata dal suo collega senza motivo.
