★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruttissima esperienza, ora vi racconto: intorno al 14 luglio doveva fare un regalo a mia suocera e scelsi questo negozio per acquistare una maglietta della nuova collezione, quindi senza sconti, che pagai euro 69,90 e che avrei potuto cambiare entro un mese, andando subito da mia suocera le feci provare la maglietta di cui sopra, e purtroppo non andava bene , il giorno dopo mi recai al negozio per trovare qualcos'altro ma non trovando nulla chiesi di farmi un buono da utilizzare successivamente ma mi é stato negato perché essendo periodi di sconti i buoni non si potevano fare. Giusto!!! avrei detto anche io se avessi comprato un' articolo scontato , ma il capo d'abbigliamento che avevo pagato faceva parte della nuova collezione; la giovane commessa, peraltro gentilissima capì il mio disappunto e s'interesso' subito telefonando a qualcuno altro della ditta per avere ragguagli ma le fu risposto che in ogni caso il buono non si doveva fare, quindi per non perdere i soldi sono stata costretta a comprare dei capi che al momento non mi servivano, il conto delle cose scelte pero' non superava le 69.90 euro che avevo speso per il regalo di mia suocera, ma restavo io in credito di 1 euro e 50 che loro non poteva restituirmi e per chiudere il conto ho dovuto spendere altri 12 euro visto che meno di 10 euro li non c'era niente, insomma oltre il danno anche la beffa. Tutta questa situazione é stata un' abuso e ho giurato che non andrò più in questo negozio e non farò passa parola positivo.

I would have said too if I had bought a discounted item, but the item of clothing I had paid for was part of the new collection; the young saleswoman, however very kind, understood my disappointment and was immediately interested by phoning someone else in the company to get information but she was told that in any case the voucher should not be done, so in order not to lose the money I was forced to buy items that I did not need at the moment, the bill of the items chosen did not exceed the 69.90 euros that I had spent for my mother-in-law's gift, but I remained in credit of 1 euro and 50 that they could not give me back and to close the bill I had to spend another 12 euros since less than 10 euros there was nothing there, in short, besides the damage also the insult. This whole situation has been an abuse and I have sworn that I will not go to this store again and I will not spread the word positive.

Il target dei capi é per signore, non per ragazze. Le collezioni si dimostrano tutte sempre eleganti.
Prezzi un po' alti ma si vede che i capi d'abbigliamento sono di qualità.
Spacious, bright, clean and well organized shop.
