Prezzi modici. Ottimi i prodotti per la ceretta ma non vale lo stesso per le profumazioni e alcuni smalti e trucchi.
La commessa è sempre gentile e disponibile.

Moderate prices. Excellent products for waxing but not the same for fragrances and some glazes and make-up.

Entro per una lacca per capelli, dopo averla presa, mi reco alla cassa, dove trovo le commesse (entrambe) prese a fare lavoro di marketing a servire clienti ( con i loro tempi) mi dicono che ci avrebbero messo 1 secondo, dopo 7 minuti abbondanti di discorsi tra creme e trattamenti, E IO SOLO AD ASPETTARE PER PAGARE UN PRODOTTO CON I SOLDI IN MANO, già infastidito dico che sarei passato dopo, la commessa mi fa notare che c' era un altra persona prima, con un tono irritato. In maniera molto educata poso la lacca e vado via, dicendo di non preoccuparsi.
IN CONCLUSIONE...
- DISORGANIZZAZIONE;
- MANCANAZA DI PROFESSIONALITÀ DI COME SAPER GESTIRE LA CLIENTELA E IL FLUSSO D'ATTESA E LE GIUSTE PRIORITÀ CHE NE DERIVANO;
- CONOSCENZA DEL LAVORO UNDER PRESSURE MENO DI ZERO;
NON RIESCONO A FARE PAGARE UNA PERSONA (1 MINUTO MASSIMO) , E POI TORNARE A FARE I SUOI DISCORSI DI MARKETING DANDO DELLE NOZIONI DEL PRODOTTO AL CLIENTE, E CHE SAREBBE TORNATA PRESTO.
Bad !! I go in for a hairspray, after having taken it, I go to the cashier, where I find the shop assistants (both) started doing marketing work to serve customers (with their times) they tell me that it would take 1 second, after 7 minutes abundant of talk between creams and treatments, AND I ONLY WAITING TO PAY FOR A PRODUCT WITH MONEY IN HAND, already annoyed I say I would pass later, the saleswoman points out that there was another person before, with an irritated tone. Very politely I put down the hairspray and walk away, saying not to worry.
IN CONCLUSION...
- DISORGANIZATION;
- LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM IN HOW TO KNOW HOW TO MANAGE CUSTOMERS AND THE FLOW OF WAITING AND THE RIGHT PRIORITIES THAT ARISE;
- KNOWLEDGE OF WORK UNDER PRESSURE LESS THAN ZERO;
THEY CAN'T GET A PERSON TO PAY (MAXIMUM 1 MINUTE), AND THEN RETURN TO DO HIS MARKETING SPEECH GIVING THE CUSTOMER KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCT, AND THAT WOULD BE BACK SOON.
