★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia Volkswagen Polo per il classico tagliando dei 30.000 Km, segnalando che oltre all'intervento di manutenzione avevo riscontrato due problemi sulla vettura: l'auto tirava verso dx e la retro grattava molto spesso, precisando che era da pochi giorni che lo faceva.Come da accordi porto l'auto alle 8 del mattino e mi viene detto che sarà pronta prima di sera o addirittura nei giorni successivi se i problemi da me segnalati avrebbero richiesto pezzi di ricambio, e fino a qui nessun problema. Dopo solo 3 ore mi arriva il messaggio di autovettura pronta. Con qualche dubbio mi reco in officina, quasi stranito dal fatto che in così poco tempo siano riusciti a fare quello da me richiesto ed infatti arriva qui il problema. Durante il pagamento mi vengono descritti gli interventi di manutenzione e quando richiedo se fossero stati risolti i problemi da me segnalati mi viene risposto dalla ragazza alla cassa che non ne sapeva nulla (sul foglio di lavoro era scritto tutto quello che avevo riportato). Chiede al sig. Gambini e lui precisa in un primo momento che nessuno gli aveva detto che c'erano da controllare quei problemi segnalati e poi, con un giro di parole e dopo continue scuse, cambia all'improvviso versione dicendo di averlo fatto e di non aver riscontrato nessun problema. Pago scocciato i 235 euro richiesti per la manutenzione e senza neanche aver risolto i miei problemi, dato che l'auto continua a tirare a dx e la retro gratta ancora. Sicuramente cambierò e sconsiglierò questa officina Volkswagen.

After only 3 hours I get the message that the car is ready. With some doubts I go to the workshop, almost bewildered by the fact that in such a short time they managed to do what I requested and in fact here comes the problem. During the payment I am described the maintenance interventions and when I ask if the problems reported by me have been solved, I am answered by the girl at the cashier who did not know anything about it (on the worksheet everything I had reported was written). He asks Mr. Gambini and he points out at first that no one had told him that those reported problems were to be checked and then, with a turn of words and after continuous apologies, he suddenly changes version saying that he has done so and that he has not encountered any problem. I am annoyed with the 235 euros required for maintenance and without even having solved my problems, since the car continues to pull to the right and the rear still scratches. I will definitely change and advise against this Volkswagen workshop.

Gambini mi ha presentato, per un tagliando all'auto che non ha richiesto la sostituzione di nulla se non il filtro antipolvere e un cambio di olio, un conto di euro 346, che sono diventati 336 dopo una mia protesta verbale. Questo a fronte di un costo preventivato di euro 0.00 che si è anche preoccupato di farmi firmare! Poi lavorano tutti con competenza e professionalità, per carità.

Accoglienza sempre cordiale
Mai problemi per trovare posto o attese di settimane.
Portata auto solo per i tagliandi.
Si sono sempre dimostrati competenti e trasparenti.
A mio parere sono anche corretti e non si approfittano ovvero per una segnalazione della diagnostica hanno verificato al volo ( gratis e senza appuntamento).
Motivo x cui vado in qs officina.
Prezzi purtroppo non bassi ovvero allineati da gruppo VW anche per operazioni da gommista generico.

Car range only for coupons.
They have always proved competent and transparent.
In my opinion they are also correct and do not take advantage of that for a diagnostic report they have checked on the fly (free and without an appointment).
Reason for which I go to this workshop.
Unfortunately, prices are not low or aligned by the VW group even for operations as a generic tire dealer.
