Dopo aver contattato la carrozzeria e concordato sia il prezzo che il giorno per montare il parabrezza di un furgone mi sono recato presso di loro e dopo aver lasciato il mezzo e dato i dati ho chiesto di farmi una fattura per scaricare il lavoro. Prima mi hanno detto che il prezzo stabilito era gia tirato e non potevano farmi fattura. Con un po' di seccatura lascio il furgone per sistemare il vetro ma dopo 30' vengo richiamato perché avrebbe detto il titolare che il furgone sarebbe troppo ingombrante in officina e non riuscivano a montare il vetro... Solo per aver chiesto la fattura immagino... Sono dovuto tornare indietro e ritirare il mezzo senza nemmeno ricevere delle scuse... Mai più!!!
Very bad experience.
After having contacted the body shop and agreed both the price and the day to mount the windshield of a van I went to them and after leaving the vehicle and given the data I asked to make an invoice for me to download the work. First they told me that the set price was already drawn and they couldn't bill me. With a little annoyance I leave the van to fix the glass but after 30 'I get called back because the owner would have said that the van would be too bulky in the workshop and they couldn't fit the glass ... Just for asking for the bill I guess. .. I had to go back and pick up the vehicle without even receiving an apology ... Never again !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scappate finché siete in tempo!! Sono andato per farmi montare una batteria.. Il dipendente me l ha montata al contrario!! Ovviamente causando danni che non mi hanno voluto riparare perché avevo comprato da loro un servizio online che loro non riconoscevano!! (ovviamente solo dopo il danno). Il proprietario mi ha aggredito telefonicamente e anche a parole in officina solamente per aver chiesto di controllare i danni alla macchina anteponendo questo a tutti i suoi lavori.. La segretaria non risponde mai al telefono, riattacca o, fanno i furbi e ti promettono di contattarti senza esito ovviamente. Sono tornato alle 15 ed erano chiusi al pubblico quando l orario di apertura era le 14, con una signora che aspettava da più di un ora la consegna della macchina al sole... Imbarazzanti, criminali... Non andateci!!!

I went back to the 15 and they were closed to the public when the opening time was 14, with a lady who waited for more than an hour the machine is delivered to the sun ... Embarrassing, criminals ... Do not go there !!!

Bruttissima esperienza da parte questa gente.non sono bravi ne a parole ne con i fatti,dando la colpa dei loro misfatti ad altre persone, però la conferma si è avuta sul rifacimento del lavoro ancora peggio.Anche ammettendo in parte le sue colpe non vuole rimborsare il danno avuto. Sinceramente evitare assolutamente questo posto .
