L’auto ha continuato a consumare olio (1 litro ogni 1.000km) per altri 6.000km, quando poi sono tornato hanno fatto spallucce dicendomi che l’alternativa sarebbe stata quella di sostituire il motore. Non ci tornerò più. Ho avuto la netta impressione di esser stato raggirato. State alla larga! I paid over € 1,500 for an intervention making me believe that the guarantee was no longer valid. The car continued to consume oil (1 liter per 1,000km) for another 6,000km, then when I returned they shrugged and told me that the alternative would be to replace the engine. I will never go back. I had the distinct impression of having been duped. Stay away!

Il rumore è poi scomparso 2 settimane prima di portare la macchina ma per sicurezza ho deciso di fare lo stesso il controllo. Non hanno trovato niente, per fortuna, ma sono rimasto colpito positivamente dalla gentilezza e disponibilità. Spero di non averne mai bisogno ma se mai sarà sicuramente proverò per primi loro. I went through an exhaust check which for a while had started making a strange clang. The noise then disappeared 2 weeks before taking the car but for safety I decided to do the check anyway. They did not find anything, fortunately, but I was positively impressed by the kindness and availability. I hope I never need them but if it ever will I will definitely try them first.

Aggiungo inoltre che dopo il tagliando eseguito il 21 giugno 2021 a dicembre (sempre di quest'anno 2021) mi si accende la spia dell'olio. Ridicolo I think it is too much to ask for 450 euros for a service and I have said it all. I would also add that after the service carried out on 21 June 2021 in December (again this year 2021) the oil warning light comes on. Ridiculous

Sono intervenuti subito e il pomeriggio avevo l'auto a disposizione. Esperienza molto positiva. Consigliato. It happened to me years ago to turn to this workshop. I recently turned to them because I was suddenly left on foot with the battery. They intervened immediately and in the afternoon I had the car available. Very positive experience. Recommended.

Mi è stata data disponibilità immediata per valutare il da farsi e nel giro di mezz'ora è stato tutto prontamente risolto con una gentilezza ed una professionalità che al giorno d'oggi è di raro riscontro. During the holidays, with most of the businesses on vacation, I contacted the Cocchi and Zanotti workshop by telephone for a problem that suddenly arose with my wiper, which had completely compromised its functionality (which was quite serious for me having to travel on the motorway daily ). I was given immediate availability to evaluate what to do and within half an hour everything was promptly resolved with a kindness and professionalism that is rarely seen nowadays. Congratulations!
