★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio Pessimo!! 0 rispetto delle norme anti contagio, 0 precauzioni per evitare di sporcare l’auto, dopo 35 min in cui la macchina era in attesa di cambiare le 4 gomme, ho pensato di sollecitare il titolare, visto che il suo dipendente era, ahilùi impegnato su 2 fronti, cambiare le mie gomme e fare il benzinaio. La perla è stata quando, piuttosto che rammaricarsi per il disservizio, ha pensato di deridermi, alle mie spalle, indicando al dipendente di fare con calma. Questa è solo la mia spiacevole esperienza, sicuramente sanno fare anche di meglio e con più rispetto soprattutto!

MAI PIU', non hanno idea di cosa sia una macchina pulita. Se potessi metterei zero. Lavata dentro e fuori, me l'hanno anche dovuta rifare perchè indecorosa, e anche la seconda volta un lavoro superficiale.

Last night asked for home intervention (battery gone). They were supposed to come at 8:30 this morning. Nobody came, over the phone a very rude individual wouldn't even let me talk to explain things. Fortunately, there are other auto electricians. This if you know it you avoid it

invio una mail per prendere appuntamento evidenziando che su internet il costo del montaggio e di euro 40 ( chiedendone ulteriore conferma).
ricevo risposta alla mail senza nessun accenno al costo della manodopera.
al momento di pagare il prezzo passa a 50 euro in quanto la mia auto ha cerchi in lega ( ma di questo non vi era menzione da nessuna parte).
scomodo per aspettare in quanto non vi è posto dove attendere (trattarsi in realtà di benzinaio quindi con nessuna sala di aspetto).
Avrei altro da aggiungere sui modi del titolare ma preferisco fermarmi qui.
