Ricordo che mio padre termoidraulico ,già nel dopoguerra usava fare impianti con materiali della Galletti.Dopo tanti anni anche io ho scelto di continuare a fare impianti con nuove macchine in pompe di calore di questa favolosa azienda . Personalmente con loro ci lavoro molto bene e consiglio vivamente di valutare un impianto con questi macchinari piuttosto che con quelli di altri competitors, non perché li installo ma perché li ritengo superiori

I have installed Galletti Heat Pumps at my luxurious property at Santorini. It is complex of luxury villas attended to the smallest detail, an architectural masterpiece at Santorini which was destined to offer a luxury accommodation for high end guests. I chose Galletti because I was advised it is a leader company in heating and cooling systems. Unfortunately my experience is far from that. The heat pumps never worked properly since day one of their function. The warm water was never warm enough, the cooling system strangled to reach the desired temperature, the pump was "bursting" and would stop functioning. We started having very serious problems with people who were coming for vacation (often VIP guests) and would spent their holidays with lukewarm water and high temperatures in the villas. That was weird because when the architect was designing the spaces he has chosen a spot for the heat pump which would not spoil the view or the looks of the villas but we were advised not to put it there and he had to redesign the pump's position and coverage following Galletti's experts guidelines for the pump's maximum performance (....) We immediately acted and we asked Galletti Greece for a solution about this malfunction. They ended up that the installation was wrong and we should remove the pump from its position and move it to another spot (the spot the heat pump we installed it was re-designed as we mentioned to properly cover it not to spoil the look of the villas) We followed their instructions though because the bad performance of the heat pump was causing major problems to our job and our reputation (people were demanding to be refunded and on top of this we received really bad reviews for our "so-called luxury villas" as many of the guests described our accommodation). We ended up with a Galletti heat pump to stand proudly on the middle of our gates and completing the wonderful sunset view the guests were paying to enjoy!!!!
