★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non ho avuto una bella esperienza con questa ditta.Li ho chiamati per un problema alla caldaia e mi rispondevano sempre che mi avrebbero richiamato per mandarmi un tecnico ma non mi richiamava mai nessuno.Io riprovavo ma la risposta era sempre la stessa e nessuna richiamata,l'unica cosa che mi dicevano era che quasi sicuramente avrebbero dovuto sostituire un pezzo per una spesa di 220 euro,senza neanche aver mandato un tecnico a vedere.Al decimo giorno di attesa stanca di aspettare al freddo e senza acqua calda li ho chiamati per sapere se erano in grado di mandarmi qualcuno è mi hanno risposto di no.Potevano dirmelo subito invece di lasciarmi in ballo 10 giorni .Mi sono rivolta ad altra ditta che seriamente mi ha mandato subito un tecnico il giorno della Vigilia e mi ha risolto il problema ad un prezzo onesto e senza cambiare nessun pezzo perché non era necessario.Prima di fare preventivi tra l'altro cari bisogna verificare le cose!

I turned to another company that seriously sent me a technician immediately on Christmas Eve and solved the problem. problem at an honest price and without changing any piece because it was not necessary.Before making estimates, among other things, you have to check things!
