Ampia varietà di pane già alle 6 di mattina, ma soprattutto cordialità e gentilezza.. fondamentale per iniziare bene la giornata! Quick breakfast before starting the job .. the pastas are nothing short of delicious and there are for all tastes and needs, they are homemade and with the possibility of filling them at the moment. Wide variety of bread already at 6 in the morning, but above all friendliness and kindness .. essential to start the day well!

Io personalmente comprerei quintalate del loro pane veramente straordinario anche perché sono sempre molto attenti alle materie prime, molto accorti tra idratazione, maturazione e levitazione a seconda della tipologia del pane. Utilizzano soltanto Olio e non strutto, di conseguenza non si ha quella sensazione di pesantezza. Veri artisti nel preparazione del Pan biscotto...e se ancora le mie parole non vi convincono , provate a passare e vedrete che non ve ne pentirete. What can I say, it is impossible to enter the Galbero bakery without getting your mouth watering. I personally would buy quintalates of their truly extraordinary bread also because they are always very attentive to raw materials, very careful between hydration, maturation and levitation depending on the type of bread. They only use oil and not lard, therefore there is no feeling of heaviness. True artists in the preparation of the Pan biscotto ... and if my words still do not convince you, try to pass and you will see that you will not regret it.
