Per curiosita' mi sono fermato (ero di strada) da loro per approfondire il marchio Wilier del quale da sempre sono stato molto affascinato ma mai cliente. L'accoglienza è stata gentile e professionale nonché immediata la gestione delle mie richieste con la massima disponibilita', anche per quanto riguarda il post vendita. La competenza e la conoscenza del mondo bici(road e off) e dei prodotti è sicuramente di altissimo livello. Abbiamo concluso non per una, ma per due biciclette! Sono rimasto colpito dai ragazzi della Dieffe che sicuramente hanno nuovo cliente, anche negli anni a venire. CONSIGLIATO - ECCELLENTE - 5 STELLE I went to them in October 2020 by pure chance (to be honest I was going to another store, of another brand, decided to buy another bicycle). Out of curiosity, I stopped (I was on my way) to explore the Wilier brand of which I have always been very fascinated but never a customer. The welcome was kind and professional as well as immediate management of my requests with the utmost availability, also with regard to after-sales. The competence and knowledge of the bike world (road and off) and of the products is certainly of the highest level. We concluded not for one, but for two bikes! I was impressed by the guys at Dieffe who certainly have a new client, even in the years to come. RECOMMENDED - EXCELLENT - 5 STARS

Uno di noi (Davide) ha acquistato una Wilier in questo Centro Autorizzato (punto rosso) e ha trovato un servizio impeccabile. Capita raramente di trovare un punto vendita così accessoriato, con prodotti di alta qualità. I prezzi sono ottimi e anche le valutazioni fatte sull'usato sono oneste e in linea con l'andamento del momento. Ciliegina sulla torta: Diego e Fabio sono gentilissimi, disponibili a dare molte informazioni e pronti ad accontentare le richieste dei clienti quando possibile. Davide ne ha usufruito partendo appositamente da Parma, negozio consigliatissimo!! We happen to see and get to know various dealers. One of us (Davide) bought a Wilier in this Authorized Center (red dot) and found impeccable service. It rarely happens to find such a well-equipped store with high quality products. The prices are excellent and also the evaluations made on the used are honest and in line with the trend of the moment. Icing on the cake: Diego and Fabio are very kind, available to give a lot of information and ready to satisfy customer requests whenever possible. Davide took advantage of it, leaving specially from Parma, a highly recommended shop !!

Danno l'impressione di essere veramente due persone oneste. The owners are very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. What can I say I collected my bike last Friday and I felt pampered. They give the impression that they are truly two honest people.
