La bravura e la voglia dei due giovani proprietari di mettere a proprio agio e soddisfare i propri clienti (sempre numerosi tra l'altro) è un punto imprescindibile. Gustosi è sfiziosi aperitivi a metà mattina con assaggi di formaggi, "grana padano" in particolare, bocconcini o panini con salumi casalinghi arrivando ai primi piatti per la pausa pranzo con la fantasia di Mirko (il proprietario), che usa sempre materie prime casalinghe. La sera poi, dopo il lavoro, aiutato dalla bravissima compagna, i clienti abituali e non, faticano a tornare alle loro case perché ai tavoli e sul bancone arrivano continuamente manicaretti, buon vino e ottima birra. Il giudizio quindi sul "bar sughero" non può essere che ottimo e abbondante. ?

Tasty appetizers in the middle of the morning with cheese, especially "grana padano", nibbles or sandwiches with home-made salami, arriving at the first dishes for lunch with the imagination of Mirko (the owner), who always uses raw materials. In the evening, after work, helped by the talented companion, the regular customers and not, they struggle to go back to their homes because at the tables and on the counter constantly come manicaretti, good wine and excellent beer. Therefore, the judgment on the "cork bar" can only be excellent and abundant. ?
