★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho appena concluso un affare con questa agenzia e devo dire di essere rimasta basita dai modi e metodi usati dal principale venditore della stessa. Scorbutico, arrogante e presuntuoso, non ha la minima idea di come vadano trattati i clienti. Se non fosse perchè il cliente acquisito era una brava persona, avrei lasciato perdere l'intero affare. Peraltro il cliente acquisito ha vissuto una esperienza negativa al pari mio. Quindi se cercate supporto, consulenza e gentilezza, andate altrove !
I have just concluded a deal with this agency and I must say that I was thrilled by the ways and methods used by the main seller of the same. Grumpy, arrogant and presumptuous, he has no idea how customers should be treated. If it weren't for the fact that the client was a good person, I would have given up on the whole thing. Moreover, the acquired customer has had a negative experience like me. So if you are looking for support, advice and kindness, go elsewhere!
