G	Giorgio Portigliatti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno installato un antifurto con 3 barriere esterne dicendomi che non rilevava animali di piccola taglia ma non è così, , l’antifurto continua a dare problemi purtroppo attualmente non risolti. Il futuro cliente non viene messo al corrente di tante clausole non specificate nel contratto. Leggendo le istruzioni di funzionamento scopro che la centrale di comando modello CE 100-3GSM BUS ha al suo interno la scheda per l’inserimento di una sim per il controllo remoto tramite cellulare che non esiste. Ho contattato la casa costruttrice che mi ha confermato che quel tipo di centrale viene venduta agli installatori già completa di modulo GSM, la DUEVI sotto mia richiesta mi ha fornito dei nominativi di installatori che dopo averli contattati mi hanno confermato che la centrale CE 100-3GSM BUS è compresa di modulo GSM, e pertanto viene venduta completa. Personalmente mi sono sentito preso in giro da persone senza scrupolo, che pur di vendere un prodotto non guardano in faccia nessuno, e approfittano della fiducia altrui. Viva la trasparenza e la correttezza. Parere del tutto personale prima di comprare un sistema d’allarme informarsi bene e controllate i costi, e leggere bene tutte le clausole prima di firmare. Sono dispiaciuto di aver dovuto dare una stella altrimenti la recensione non veniva accettata. Dopo il sopralluogo in casa abbiamo deciso insieme agli operatori della GR che il loro antifurto con barriere esterne senza fili sarebbe stato l'antifurto più adatto per la nostra esigenza, perché dovevamo mettere in sicurezza anche l'area del giardino in quanto abbiamo dei cani. Ci ha fatto molto piacere che l'offerta bloccata in fiera è stata rispettata, anche se abbiamo cambiato prodotto da quello scelto precedentemente. I primi giorni abbiamo avuto qualche problema, ma l'assistenza è prontamente intervenuta, tarando al meglio le barriere cosi da non far scattare l'allarme con i cani liberi in giardino. A buon intenditor poche parole. Tante parole ma pochi fatti, personalmente non la consiglio sia come prezzi che sono a dir poco esagerati, che come interesse verso il cliente. NON FIDATEVI SENTITE ALTRE DITTE E NOTERETE LA DIFFERENZA DI PREZZO. A BUON INTENDITORE POCHE PAROLE. Giuseppe è una persona presente e puntuale. Al telefono mi ha dato tutte le informazioni in merito ai prodotti da lui trattati, e domande ne ho fatte in quantità. Successivamente ci siamo trovati per un sopralluogo. Indirizzato sul prodotto da mettere, ha provveduto a farmi un preventivo. Devo dire che il rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero ottimo. Tratta dei prodotti validi ed efficienti. Effettuato il pagamento, nel giro di pochi giorni, il tecnico è venuto ad installare la centralina e tutti i sensori del caso. Devo dire che il tecnico è stato puntuale, meticoloso e rispettoso delle norme che vigono in questo periodo. Per ogni informazione o dubbi sono presenti. Ad esempio, non avevo ancora acquistato la sim per la centralina gsm, e nonostante l'installazione dell'impianto fosse già stata effettuata, ho contattato Giuseppe che prontamente nel giro di un giorno ha fatto tornare il tecnico per l'inserimento e la relativa programmazione dei numeri da chiamare. Ero indeciso a quale azienda rivolgermi per l’installazione di un sistema d’allarme, in quanto non ero propenso ad un servizio in abbonamento; così decisi di affidarmi alla Gr Security subito dopo aver conosciuto Il titolare, una persona competente, trasparente e soprattutto disponibile nel dare tutte le spiegazioni alle domande che gli ho posto. Il giorno dell’installazione dei 3 impianti richiesti in tre location diverse, i tecnici della Gr Security, si sono mostrati sempre disponibili, gentili, ma soprattutto molto puliti e ordinati nell’eseguire il lavoro, attenti durante l’installazione a non rovinare le murature. Posso dire che a partire dal titolare per poi passare dai venditori, l’assistenza delle ragazze in ufficio, sino ad arrivare ai tecnici installatori, la Gr Security si è dimostrata professionale e competente; per questo mi sento di consigliarla ai tutti miei clienti. I prezzi sono molto competitivi, e si ha la tranquillità di avere un antifurto eccellente in casa propria. Uno dei punti di forza che mi ha fatto propendere per la GR Security, è che si hanno 2 controlli gratuiti annuali A VITA, nei quali i tecnici (persone squisite e che lavorano in maniera veloce, perfetta e pulita!) vengono a verificare che funzioni tutto correttamente, e già solo questo è indice di quanto tengano alla sicurezza delle nostre case. Il titolare poi, il signor Giuseppe, è una persona splendida! Oltre ad essere in gamba ama il suo lavoro e difatti si vede: lo fa egregiamente! Continuate così!!
