★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni anno sono costretta a cambiare caf perché fanno sempre errori. Quest'anno sono capitata li.....in assoluto il peggiore di tutti. Oltre a incompetenza ho trovato anche presunzione arroganza e maleducazione. Sono riusciti a sbagliarmi 2 pratiche su 3. Mai più.
Every year I have to change cafes because they always make mistakes. This year I happened there ..... absolutely the worst of all. In addition to incompetence I also found presumption, arrogance and rudeness. 2 out of 3 cases managed to get me wrong. Never again.
